各位考生：

    根据当前疫情态势，为了确保广大考生和工作人员生命健康，建议考生不要跨省报考。参加世界杯在哪买球（中国）集团有限公司考点雅思考试的考生需了解并遵守以下规定：

    考生须在考前至少提早1天申领“温州防疫码”（可通过微信或支付宝办理），考前7天起自行每日体温测量。考试当天请考生尽早到达考点以配合各项防疫工作。

一、进场要求：
1.请考生下载《考生健康承诺书（中文版）》（附件1）或《考生健康承诺书（英文版）》（附件2），打印后在空白处完整粘贴或装订考前48小时内的核酸阴性报告（以出报告时间为准）和行程码截屏彩印图，考试当天交至考点。18周岁以下考生还需家长签字；
2.温州防疫码中的“健康码”和“行程码”均为绿色。考试当日行程卡显示“到达或途经地”仅有浙江省省内地区（“行程码”不能正常显示的考生请及时跟相关手机运营商联系解决）；
3.考试日体温＜37.3℃；
4.考试前7天内及考试当日，无发热（≥37.3℃）/咳嗽 /嗓子痛 /肌肉或关节痛/鼻塞 /头痛 /流鼻涕 / 腹泻/ 呼吸困难 /乏力 /嗅觉味觉减退或丧失等症状；
5. 不处于政府要求的集中隔离医学观察期、居家隔离医学观察期、居家健康监测期、日常健康监测期、限制聚集期；
6. 考生须同时满足以上六条，不满足上述条件之一的考生将作拒考处理。

二、注意事项
1.考生请提前到达考点，确保有足够时间完成进校要求的防疫流程。入校时需向工作人员出示有效身份证件原件、考生健康承诺书（附温州防疫码、核酸检测报告）。所有考生均须自备一次性医用口罩或医用外科口罩，并全程佩戴（仅允许在进场核验时摘下口罩验证）、有序排队，相互保持1米以上间距，不扎堆聚集；
2.家长/陪考人员以及私家车一律禁止入校；
3.考试结束后，考生需根据考点工作人员的指引迅速离场，不得逗留。 

三、考生须保证信息真实、准确、完整，并知悉将承担瞒报的法律后果和责任，以及瞒报可能对其产生其他不利影响，例如取消考试成绩及禁止参加相关考试的处罚。

According to the current situation of the epidemic, in order to ensure the health of candidates and staff, candidates are advised not to apply across provinces. Candidates taking the IELTS test at Wenzhou Business College should understand and abide by the following rules:

Candidates are required to apply for Wenzhou Epidemic Prevention Code at least one day before the test (available via Wechat or Alipay), and take body temperature daily 7 days before the test. Candidates are requested to arrive at the test centre as early as possible on the day of the test to facilitate the prevention and control work.

Entry Requirements:

1. Please download Health Declaration of Test Takers (attachment 2 for international candidates), and paste nucleic acids test negative report within 48 hours and tour code. Bring these on test day. Candidates under the age of 18 need their parents' signature on the health declaration;

2. The "Health code" and "Travel code" in Wenzhou epidemic prevention code are green. On the test day, the itinerary card shows that the "destination or destination" is only within Zhejiang Province (for candidates whose "itinerary code" cannot be displayed normally, please contact the relevant mobile phone operator in time);

3. The body temperature on the test day is less than 37.3℃;

4. No fever (≥37.3℃)/cough/sore throat/muscle or joint pain/nasal congestion/headache/runny nose/diarrhea/dyspnea/fatigue/loss of smell or taste within 7 days before and on the day of the test;

5. Not in the centralized isolation medical observation period, home isolation medical observation period, home health monitoring period, daily health monitoring period, or restricted aggregation period required by the government;

6. Candidates must meet all of the above conditions. Candidates who do not meet any of the above conditions will be rejected.

Attention

1. Candidates should arrive at the test center in advance to ensure that they have enough time to complete the required quarantine procedures. When entering the school, you should present the original valid ID card, the health declaration (with Wenzhou epidemic prevention code and nucleic acid test report) to the staff. All candidates are required to bring disposable medical masks or surgical masks and wear them all the time (only remove the masks for verification when entering the field). Queue in an orderly manner and keep a distance of more than 1 meter between each other.

2. Parents/escorts and private cars are not allowed to enter the school;

3. After the examination, candidates are required to leave promptly according to the instructions of the test centre staff.

Candidates shall guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of the information, and be aware that they will bear the legal consequences and responsibilities of concealing the information, as well as other adverse effects that may be caused to them by concealing the information, such as canceling the test scores and banning them from participating in relevant examinations.

We will timely update the admission requirements and adjust the examination arrangements according to the epidemic prevention and control requirements. Please pay close attention to this.
